Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. thin potatoes
    1 tsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Blend the flour, salt and pepper.
    Place 1/3 of potatoes in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of the flour mixture.
    Repeat the layers, then place third layer of potatoes on top.
    Pour hot milk over all, then pour over butter.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 60 to 70 minutes longer until tender.
