Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sour or buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. raw rhubarb, diced
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar.
    Add egg and sour or buttermilk. Sift soda, flour and salt.
    Add vanilla and rhubarb.
    Top with nuts, white sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Some ovens may only take 30 minutes.
