Simple Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings, necks and backs
    2 small carrots, peeled
    3 celery stalks, cut into large pieces
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    water
Preparation
    Place all of the ingredients into a large soup pot with enough water to cover.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Skim off the scum, re-cover, lower heat and simmer for 1 3/4 hours.
    Serves 4.
