Lemon-Herb Chicken(4 Servings And Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Trim all visible fat from chicken.
    Combine oil, tarragon and lemon juice.
    Pour over chicken, covering all pieces.
    Toss chicken in marinade to assure even coverage.
    Marinate for 30 minutes, turning at least twice.
    Arrange chicken on broiler pan; place under broiler, broiling each side for approximately 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
    Serve.
