Butternut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
5 eggs
3 sticks butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
3 tsp. butternut flavoring
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large bowl, adding flour last.
Mix well.
Bake in tube pan, sprayed with Pam.
Bake in cold oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, then at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
