Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryers or 1 hen
2 onions, cut up
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. spaghetti
2 large bell peppers, cut up
1 stick oleo
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Debone chicken and save broth. Cook spaghetti in broth until done and add cheese while this is hot.
Saute onions and bell pepper with oleo in microwave 12 minutes, then let stand covered with Saran Wrap for 5 minutes. Add this to spaghetti.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes that you have cut up real good and add chicken.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
