White Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. bar-type white chocolate
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. almond extract (optional) or 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. (5 1/3 Tbsp.) butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
    1/4 c. sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chocolate bars in heavy gauge saucepan.
    Melt over very low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
    Set aside.
