Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beef
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Put stew beef in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Spread onion soup mix over top; spread mushroom soup over and then pour cooking sherry over.
    Do not stir.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve over rice.
