Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 large onion, chopped
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
flour
salt
pepper
Preparation

Coat pork chops with flour; brown in hot skillet.
In a large baking dish, layer pork chops, onion and potatoes.
Mix soup and water; pour over layers.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in covered dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
