Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
8 saltines, broken in small pieces
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together lightly and form into 7 or 8 crab cakes.
Fry until brown on each side in 1/4 cup oil.
