Herbal Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Asiago cheese (can substitute Parmesan cheese)
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. each: oregano, basil and Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    pepper to taste
    4 large eggs (room temperature)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray sides and bottom of spring-form pan with vegetable spray.
    Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese. Press mixture onto bottom of pan; set pan on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.
    Beat cream cheese; beat in melted butter, garlic and herbs.
    Mix in Worcestershire sauce, then add eggs, one at a time.
    Pour filling over crust.
    Bake 1 hour; turn off heat and leave cheesecake in oven 30 minutes with door ajar.
    Cool, then cover and refrigerate.
    Unmold onto plate and serve with crackers.
