Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag fresh spinach
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar or honey
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    salt to taste
    3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Mix and chop 2 eggs; save remaining eggs for top. Slice mushrooms. Mix all together except mushrooms. Add these last. Decorate top with 2 remaining sliced eggs.
