Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    noodles or mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in butter. Stir in salt, garlic salt and mushrooms when beef is done. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Take off heat. Stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat through. Pour over noodles.
