Healthy Heart Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 tsp. Salt Free Seasoning Mix
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
Preparation
    In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Sprinkle with mix. Saute 4 minutes each side or until done.
    Add lemon juice and stir, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Turn chicken and add parsley. Serve over rice or pasta.
