Pumpkin Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
    Blend in chips and nuts.
    Drop by spoonful onto cooking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
