Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. cubed pork (with some fat is better)
    2 large onions, minced
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 large (27 oz.) can green chilies
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 lb. tomatillos
    3 cloves garlic (to taste)
    salt and pepper to taste
    jalapenos, minced
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    oil
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic. Brown pork with salt and pepper. Add all ingredients, except chilies. Simmer 2 to 4 hours. Add liquid as needed. Add green chilies for last half hour. Serve with cornbread and Tabasco Chipotle Sauce.
