Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks soft butter
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine flour, powdered sugar, salt and soft butter and press into pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add combined flour, sugar and lemon juice.
Pour mixture over baked crust.
Bake 25 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Cool.
Cut.
Refrigerate.
