Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger (or pork)
1 medium onion, diced
2 eggs
1 pkg. bean sprouts
shredded cabbage & carrots (coleslaw mix)
egg roll skins
Preparation
-
Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add shredded cabbage & carrots a little at a time.
Wrap in egg roll skins.
Deep fry to golden brown.
