Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. peeled, chopped apple
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Put apples and sugar into medium size mixing bowl, and stir together.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Add butter and egg to apples; stir.
Sift dry ingredients together and stir into apple mixture. Mix in raisins and nuts.
Pour into oiled, or Pam sprayed 8 inch square pan.
Bake 325 for about 45 minutes.
