Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

Mix margarine, flour and pecans for a crust.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool.
