Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. wine, gin or bourbon
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
dash of oregano
dash of thyme
Preparation

Combine and marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
For chicken, steaks, shish kabobs or roast.
