Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can pear halves, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can peach slices, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 can apricots or more peaches, drained
    1 small jar whole cherries, drained
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. curry powder
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Arrange fruit in dish; save 2 cups juice.
    Cook juice, brown sugar, butter, cornstarch, curry powder and salt until thick. Stir constantly.
    Pour on top of arranged fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
