Seven-Up Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
3/4 c. nuts
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. lime jello
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in a heavy pan over a low heat and stir until marshmallows are melted.
Pour over jello.
Have cheese at room temperature.
Add to hot mixture and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in whipped cream.
