Lemon Meringue Pie 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and flour; add the cold water.
    Stir well.
    Add the boiling water and cook until clear in double boiler about 8 minutes.
    Add the lemon rind and juice and cook again. Then add the egg yolks.
    Let it cool and put into a baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue and bake until well browned.
    Let it get cold before cutting.
