Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans red chili sauce or enchilada sauce
    12 corn tortillas or corn chips
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 large can ripe olives, sliced
    1 large can chili and beans
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown onions and meat.
    Combine tomato paste, water, and chili sauce; add to meat and bring to boil.
    Layer 1/4 of meat in greased casserole.
    Cover with 3 tortillas, then cheese and olives; alternate layers.
    Add chili and beans before top layer of cheese and olives.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
