Brunch Dish(Working Family Breakfast Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (unseasoned)
    Velveeta cheese or cheese substitute
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 doz. eggs
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Lightly oil the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Line the bottom of it with cheese slices (thin).
    Brown sausage.
    Saute chopped onion and mushrooms until tender (about 5 minutes).
    Beat eggs and mix with sausage, onion and mushrooms.
    Pour over cheese and lightly sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with toast.
    This dish is delicious reheated in the microwave.
