Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope whipped topping mix
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
    1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Prepare whipped topping according to package directions, adding almond extract.
    Beat in softened cream cheese.
    Fold in drained fruit and marshmallows.
    Freeze in 9 x 9-inch pan or you may freeze in individual servings by using paper baking cups. Freeze several hours or overnight.
    Makes 9 to 12 servings.
