Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, skinned
    1/3 c. powdered milk
    2 pkg. instant chicken broth
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all the dry ingredients and use to coat chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
    Serves 8.
