Egg Custard(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 large can cream
    8 eggs, beaten well
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    vanilla
    small amount of lemon extract
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Place milk and cream in a boiler and heat.
    Do not boil.
    Set aside.
    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract.
    Pour milk into this mixture.
    Pour into 2 pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until middle is done.
