Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift and measure dry ingredients.
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat.
Add bananas and mix.
Add flour, milk and vanilla alternately; mix well.
Bake in two layers at 375\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Frost with Buttercream Frosting.
