Vegetable Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cauliflower head
    3 turnips
    2 carrots
    4 cloves garlic
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. turmeric powder
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. methi seeds
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces.
    Add other ingredients and let stand at least 48 hours before serving.
