Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa (optional)
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix thoroughly (looks like a mess); pour into a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
