Orange Chili Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. orange marmalade
1 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan; mix well.
Heat the sauce until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Use the sauce immediately as a marinade and baste for grilled chicken, ribs, beef or pork, or cool and store in the refrigerator for future use.
