Hot Apple 'N Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    8 c. coarsely shredded cabbage (red or green)
    1 small onion
    3 red apples, sliced or chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook cabbage and onion in margarine for about 10 minutes.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cover and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes; serve hot.
    Serves 6. Contains 160 calories.
