Dot'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 large sweet potatoes (2 1/2-inches)
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 tall can (13 oz.) Pet milk
    2 (9-inch) deep dish pie crusts, unbaked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Boil sweet potatoes in water until tender when pierced with fork.
    Cool slightly.
    Peel potatoes and put in large mixing bowl.
    Beat with mixer until smooth.
    Stir in butter and sugar; beat in eggs one at a time.
    Add spices, salt and milk.
    Pour into unbaked pie crusts.
    Bake in center of oven 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
