Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Blend ingredients and serve cold or serve hot.
    Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese and bread crumbs or crushed potato chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
