Hamburger Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. diced green beans
    2 potatoes, diced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in kettle, stirring to break up meat.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook until yellow.
    Add remaining vegetables and cook, stirring often, 3 minutes. Stir in flour. Add 6 cups boiling water, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
