Garlic Chive Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. new potatoes, quartered with the skins left on
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 scallions, diced fine
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. cream
    1 c. Montrachet cheese, crumbled fine
    1/4 c. garlic chives, minced
    sea salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover. Boil for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done; drain and set aside.
