Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. onion, thinly diced
4 eggs
1 stick oleo, softened
1 pkg. broccoli
1 c. cheese

Preparation

Bake at 400\u00b0 until done, approximately 25 minutes. Top with 2 tablespoons reserved cheese.
