Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crust pie
    1 c. raisins
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cover raisins with water; bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix together, sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Melt margarine; add sugar mixture and beaten egg.
    Stir in vanilla and raisins.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell; top with crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 until done.
