Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned sausage
    9 to 12 eggs
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    4 slices bread, cubed or pulled
    1 tsp. mustard
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Cube bread. Add all other ingredients. Put in a bowl with lid. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, take out and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until brown and cooked, no lid. Do not stir while baking.
