Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. Carnation milk
4 slices Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper and heat until cheese is melted.
Put sliced potatoes in greased dish and pour mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until potatoes are done.
Cover with foil while baking.
