Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly into 12 medium muffin cups that have been greased on the bottom.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
