Low-Fat Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked garbanzo beans
    2 to 6 large cloves garlic, depending on taste
    4 to 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. tahini
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Puree beans with garlic in food processor.
    Add remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings as needed.
    Refrigerate and serve with sliced pita bread or raw vegetables.
