Carrot Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, peeled or scrubbed and chopped
4 c. stock or water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium potato, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
2 small cloves crushed garlic
1/2 c. chopped cashews or almonds
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. yogurt or buttermilk plus a little honey
1/2 pt. heavy cream
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Heat slowly and add 2 pinches nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon dried mint and dash of cinnamon.
