Don'S Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (catfish, bass or trout)
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    cooking oil (for deep fryer)
Preparation
    Wash fillets thoroughly.
    Shake together in paper bag the flour, corn meal and seasoning.
    Dip fish, one piece at a time, in Pet milk.
    Next drop in bag with dry ingredients and then fry in deep hot cooking oil (375\u00b0) until golden brown.
