Ranch Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. Ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a gallon size storage bag and add oil; seal bag and toss to coat.
    Add seasoning and toss again until coated. Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
