Pineapple Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2) cans chunk pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and put in large casserole dish.
    Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over pineapple.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine. Crush plain Ritz crackers (or Cheese Nips) to make 1 cup of crumbs.
    Mix crumbs with margarine and pour on top of mixture. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
