Braised Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cucumbers, peeled
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 bouillon cube
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut cucumbers once lengthwise and once crosswise.
    Sprinkle with pepper and saute lightly in margarine.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add to pan.
    Cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes.
