Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Form into meatballs.
    Cook in skillet on low to medium heat until done.
    Drain any grease. Add butter, onion and green pepper and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
    In a separate bowl, combine the soups and sour cream together and mix.
    Turn heat down on low and add the soup mixture.
    Let simmer on low for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes.
